About this trip While Labor Day honors the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the strength, prosperity, laws, and well-being of the country, this weekend we’ll be honoring our personal movement and celebrating the work we do to honor our individual and shared strength, prosperity, and well being! We will reframe this work as play – with the primary focus of connection. Connecting to our highest self, to nature, and to each other! Bring your person – friend, family, or lover. There will be yoga, breathing, hiking, thinking, hanging, ponding, ‘smorsing, and all the good things. Including delicious farm to table plant based meals! We’re calling this retreat Beyond Yoga because while we love the idea of unity, we really love the idea of community. We look forward to gathering with you at the pond!
